DFW ASPE will be providing in Partnership with TDIndustries to present “Basic Plumbing Design”. The course is tailored to assist new members to the plumbing design community the basics of plumbing design. Terminologies, trade tendencies, history of the profession, basic calculations, and several other critical areas of design will be covered. Classes will consist of a total of 12 hours of training. Breakfast & Lunch will be provided. Each attendee will receive a Copy of the DFW ASPE Course Handbook and a certificate for 1.2 CEU’S or 12.0 REU’S.
COST:
Cost will be $150.00 for ASPE Members and $ 250.00 for non-ASPE Members. Special rate of $275 is being offered for anyone who would like to take the course and join our local DFW ASPE chapter. In addition, there will be a special $50 Rate for Students (enrolled in 12 credit hours of coursework). This will include the class and membership into the ASPE organization. DFW ASPE Book of Tables are included with your class registration. This is a must have book for anyone doing serious plumbing and mechanical design work.
INSTRUCTORS:
Michael Danielson, CPD of Reed, Wells, Benson & Co will be your instructor. Michael is the Education Chairman for the DFW ASPE Chapter. Michael brings with him a wealth of experience in designing plumbing systems in healthcare, municipal, multifamily, and institutional designs.
Larry Bartlett of TD Industries will be instructing portions of the class. Larry is the Lead Plumbing Designer and Coordinator for our Engineering Division. Larry is a 20 yr. Licensed Master Plumber, A 4 yr. Second Grade Stationary Engineer and A 15 yr Licensed Plumbing Inspector. Larry has owned and operated his own companies in the past and has decided to assist in the advancement of plumbing designers in the DFW area.
